Reclaim Your Energy

A small-group BCBA burnout recovery cohort using ACT & ABA

Burnout isn’t a personal failure.
For many behavior analysts, it’s a sign of caring deeply in systems that demand more than they give back.

This spring, FAVE Health and Wellness Coaching is offering a small, live cohort experience for Behavior Analysts who want to reconnect with their energy, values, and sustainability using the same science they already trust.

This program is designed to help you:

  • Apply ACT and ABA to your own life and wellbeing

  • Build psychological flexibility around work, stress, and boundaries

  • Explore how sleep, movement, and nourishment impact burnout and regulation

  • Practice values-based action in real, imperfect circumstances

  • Bring these tools ethically into supervision and leadership roles

What to expect

  • Live weekly Zoom sessions (with recordings available)

  • A small, supportive group (limited to 6–10 participants)

  • CEUs available (general, ethics, and supervision)

  • Space for reflection, discussion, and practical application

This is not about fixing yourself or pushing through.
It’s about creating enough internal and external space to keep going with integrity.

Spring 2026 cohort

This isn't about willpower or perfection. It's about sustainable behavior change that fits your real behavior analyst life.
