A 6-Week Live Cohort for Burned-Out Behavior Analysts
For BCBAs and BCaBAs who are tired of just managing exhaustion and ready to build sustainable, values-aligned ways of working and living.
You're not burned out because you're doing it wrong.
You're burned out because you're operating in a system with:
Chronic cognitive load (dozens of decisions daily with no recovery time)
Competing contingencies (billable hours vs. clinical quality vs. your own capacity)
Ethical responsibility carried alone
Reinforcement that's delayed, invisible, or nonexistent
That's not a personal failure. That's a systems problem.
And the solution isn't another course on time management or self-care.
It's learning to apply the same behavioral science you use with your clients, to yourself.
This is not a lecture series. This is applied work.
Inside Reclaim Your Energy, you'll:
✓ Identify what's maintaining your exhaustion (not just what's causing it)
✓ Build values-aligned boundaries that actually hold, without guilt
✓ Reduce chronic cognitive load using behavioral strategies designed for your real Behavior Analyst life
✓ Design sustainable routines around your actual capacity (not what you "should" be able to handle)
✓ Apply ACT + ABA principles to your own burnout with real-time support and feedback
This isn't about working harder or being more resilient.
It's about responding to the signal your system is sending and building something sustainable.
What makes this different
Not a course → Applied, live support
You don't need more information. You need structure, feedback, and a space to implement what you already know.
Not lectures → Real-time coaching
We work through your actual challenges...the guilt, the competing demands, the capacity limits...using behavioral strategies tailored to Behavior Analyst life.
Not generic burnout advice → Built for behavior analysts
This program uses ACT and ABA frameworks you already understand—applied to your own energy, boundaries, and sustainability.
Not done alone → Small group support
6-10 BCBAs and BCaBAs who get it. A safe space to process what's really happening without judgment.
Here's how the 6 weeks break down:
Week 1: Mapping Your Energy System
Identify real drains vs. assumed drains. Functional assessment of your burnout patterns. Clarify controllable variables.
Week 2: Capacity Awareness
Distinguish tired vs. depleted. Recognize setting events. Identify your early warning signals.
Week 3: Values as Behavioral Anchors
Clarify values vs. goals vs. expectations. Choose "toward moves." Make decisions from values instead of pressure.
Week 4: Boundaries That Actually Work
Understand why boundaries fail. Address reinforcement contingencies around overwork. Behavioral rehearsal with real scenarios.
Week 5: Sustainable Behavior Design
Design routines around real capacity. Build recovery into your schedule. Shape consistency instead of intensity.
Week 6: Maintenance + Relapse Prevention
Plan for high-stress periods. Recognize drift early. Create your personalized sustainability system.
This cohort is for you if:
You know ACT and ABA well, but applying it to your own boundaries feels impossible
You keep functioning, but your capacity keeps shrinking
You don't need motivation, you need support and structure
You're tired of fixing yourself instead of addressing the system you're in
You care deeply about your work but are questioning how long you can keep doing it like this
If that sounds like you, you're exactly who this was built for.

I'm Danae, a BCBA with 20 years in the field and a certified coach specializing in nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery.
I built Reclaim Your Energy because I too struggled with burnout for many years. I learned the hard way to do the work differently and built sustainability.
Now I support other BCBAs and BCaBAs who are tired of being tired, using the same ACT and ABA principles we apply with our clients, but tailored to the unique demands of behavior analysis work.
You already have the science. You just need support applying it to yourself.
The cohort is designed to build capacity as we go, at a pace that doesn't add to your load. You don't need more energy to start, you just need to show up.
All sessions are recorded. You can watch async and still participate in the group space between sessions.
If you're a BCBA or BCaBA who cares about your work but is questioning how long you can keep doing it like this, then yes, this is for you.
If you attend Week 1 and realize this isn't the right fit, I'll start the refund process for you (in full) within 48 hours of the session. o questions asked.
