I didn't come to this work from the outside looking in. I came to it the way most of us do, in the middle of it, trying to figure out why the things that always worked had quietly stopped working.
I've spent my career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) helping people build meaningful, lasting change. I understand behavior. The science of why we do what we do, what actually drives action, and what keeps us stuck.
What the textbooks didn't cover was perimenopause.
When my own body started shifting...sleep disrupted, energy unpredictable, motivation unreliable... I had to learn a new set of rules. And I had to apply everything I knew about behavior science, nutrition, and recovery to a body that was operating under completely different hormonal conditions.
What I found changed how I coach.
Motivation was never the right anchor. Values are. And the women who navigate this season best are not the ones who feel the most ready, they're the ones who've learned to act from what matters most, regardless of how they feel.
That's what FAVE Coaching is built on.

FAVE Coaching is values-based, which means we start with what matters most to you and not with a program, a protocol, or someone else's definition of success.
From there, we build. We look at your nutrition, your sleep, your stress load, and your relationship to movement and we make adjustments that are sustainable because they're grounded in who you actually are.
I don't offer a one-size-fits-all plan. I offer a relationship, a framework, and the tools to help you become the woman who shows up for herself consistently — especially when it's hard.
